Dr. Salim is a legal expert with extensive knowledge in governance and public policy formulation. He has provided legal support to the WorldBank, UN Habitat, UNDP, UNFPA and a myriad of other international entities both in Somalia and abroad.

Benard is the Programs Coordinator and lead consultant in data collection, analysis and reporting. He has extensive experience in data collection through various means. He is also an expert in data analysis using various data analysis software.

He is also a good report writer and presenter. He has worked with the organization in various projects and the output has been excellent. Mr. Ochaka has undertaken various courses and attended various seminars in relation to project management. He is a Kenyan by birth but has extensive understanding of Somalia setting geographically and culturally.

Adna Abdirahman Mohamed an Organizational Development and Monitoring and &Evaluation expert. She has over 6 years’ experience in community development and capacity building projects across Somalia. She has consulted for a number of UN Agencies such as UNDP and international NGOs such as MEDAIR, and Italian Cooperation. Most of these assignments include project verification and evaluations in South Central Somalia. She has excellent organizational skills and good networks necessary for field level arrangements. She has good communication skills, both spoken and written Somali, English and Swahili.

Dr. Adwek George is a Renewable Energy and Environmental Expert with a specialization in Solar Energy.
Dr. Adwek has 15 years’ experience in solar energy projects development, policy analysis and energy management & planning, feasibility assessments of renewable energy projects, financial assessments/analysis of RE projects, and working with both county and national government as well as intergovernmental organizations.

Osman has a wealth knowledge of financial risk management including credit risk management, liquidity risk management,market risk management, legal risk management and operational risk management.
He is experienced in financial management, governance, humanitarian coordination and monitoring of relief programs as well as managing multi-donor projects.He had also been involved in developing,commissioning and managing community projects

Ms. Suado is a Buiness Development Specialist and experienced with the NGO world. She has strong business skills within the development realm in Project Development and Management.

Hellen is in charge of office services and ensures the smooth running by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll;controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
She has experience in project support and coordination aspects.
